Do These Stretching Exercises Every Morning! 


 Today, we're going to show you a series of stretching exercises that you can do every morning to help improve your flexibility and mobility. These exercises are perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels and can help to reduce the risk of injury and improve your overall well-being. So, let's get started!



EXERCISES:

Neck Stretch - Slowly turn your head to one side and hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.


Shoulder Roll - Lift your shoulders up, roll them back, and then down in a circular motion. Repeat 10 times.


Chest Stretch - Stand with your arms out to the side, palms facing forward. Slowly bring your arms back, squeezing your shoulder blades together, then release.


Triceps Stretch
- Reach one arm up and over your head, and then gently pull your elbow back towards your head. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.


Standing Hamstring Stretch
- Place one foot on a step or raised surface, with your toes pointing up. Lean forward from the hips, keeping your back straight, until you feel a stretch in the back of your leg. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.



Standing Quadriceps Stretch - Stand on one leg and pull your other heel towards your buttock, keeping your knees together. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.


Calf Stretch - Stand facing a wall and place your hands on the wall at shoulder height. Step one foot back and press your heel down towards the floor. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.


Hip Flexor Stretch - Kneel on one knee and step your other foot forward, with your knee bent. Lean forward, keeping your back straight, until you feel a stretch in your hip. Hold for 10 seconds, then repeat on the other side.



Butterfly Stretch - Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet together, and gently push your knees down towards the floor with your elbows.


Seated Forward Fold - Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you, and reach towards your toes, keeping your back straight.
